Adder Technology Limited confirms that based on information provided by our suppliers and our understanding of the Directive, all products shipped after 30th June 2006 will comply with the requirements of the RoHS Directive except for:

Customers may still be able to purchase these non-compliant products if they are outside of the EU or if their usage in the EU is covered by an Exemption.

A small amount of stock in our warehouse has been placed on the market prior to 1st July 2006 and further stock moves in and out of our warehouse under stock rotation agreements with our distributors will occur in future. Such stock may contain restricted substances but can still be sold in the EU by virtue of having been placed on the market before 1st July 2006.
