The role
Adder Technology is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our hands-on global marketing team. This is an entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who wants to learn, contribute and build broad practical experience in a B2B technology business.
You’ll help deliver campaigns, content, digital activity and events, working alongside experienced marketers while taking ownership of your own tasks and projects. You’ll also learn how marketing supports the commercial goals of a global B2B technology business.
You’ll support and execute marketing activity across multiple channels, including:
- Help plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that build awareness and generate leads.
- Create and edit content for the website, email, social media and customer communications.
- Use your creative and Adobe skills to produce artwork and bring the Adder brand to life.
- Schedule social content and support audience engagement.
- Help coordinate events and webinars, from promotion and logistics to follow-up.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, review results and recommend improvements.
- Work with agencies and suppliers to keep projects moving.

You’ll be organized, attentive to detail and comfortable managing different priorities. We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated team player who brings fresh ideas, enjoys learning by doing and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You’ll be curious about technology, ready to tackle new challenges and serious about building a long-term career in marketing.
The following are required for this role:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital channels
- First class written English skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clear, confident verbal communication skills.
- Great at keeping projects on track, with the ability to manage deadlines.
