We’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our fast-paced Engineering team. If you’re passionate, driven, have a can-do attitude and experience in project managing high technology software and hardware products, this is a unique opportunity to join Adder at a pivotal stage in our journey. 

We require you to be an energetic, positive, results driven Project Manager. Capable of managing multiple complex projects in a high technology environment. Initially with high software bias, the opportunity for more hardware and embedded projects in future is likely. 

Responsible for all aspects of PM from conception to delivery. A tenacious problem solver with excellent attention to detail plus the people skills to get alignment within the team. You will be able to track and report progress, address bottlenecks and communicate these within the business at all levels.

You should be degree qualified in a relevant subject area or have proven experience in a similar role. Experienced in applying the right methodologies from Agile to more traditional methods. Some professional PM qualifications are desirable. A thorough understanding of modern software and hardware development practices would be advantageous.
