We are searching for an energetic and engaging German speaking Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales team and support our next phase of growth across Northern and Central Europe. Based at our UK Headquarters in Cambridge where we design and manufacture our products, the Sales Development rep will work with international customers across DACH, Nordics and Eastern Europe. As a Sales Development Rep, you will have a direct and visible impact on our business results. Unlike other Sales Development rep roles, you will have the opportunity to work sales opportunities through to completion, from prospecting stage to closing the deal. You will also develop strong channel sales skills and a partnership approach. We sell to a diverse set of world class customers in industries such as media, transport, energy and healthcare, helping them to connect their people with critical computer resources. Your primary role will be to develop a pipeline of new opportunities with target accounts, communicating the value of our products for their specific use case. You’ll work in tandem with our Marketing team, leveraging targeted campaigns and events to reach new prospects. You will also work closely with our in-territory channel partners to ensure the Adder brand and our High Performance KVM portfolio are front of the mind of their sales teams.

We’re searching for someone who is extremely curious and highly engaging. You will have demonstrated an ability to connect with, and influence, multiple buyers in a customer account. You can gain the prospects’ attention and engage them with confidence, whether it is by video call, telephone or face-to-face. You will need the ability to develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s use cases and the value our products can provide. You will have demonstrated your ability to network within the industry, connecting with potential customers and channel partners. You will be persistent, organized and detail orientated. You will be self-starter who manages their time and priorities well. You will fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize your effectiveness. You’ll work with international customers and be willing to travel across EMEA for customer visits and events. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in B2B Technology sales or Channel business models. They will have a keen interest in IT/AV technology and the diligence to invest time in becoming a product expert. They will have desire to advance their sales career and transition into field sales or sales engineering roles.
