Walking into the Adder Customer Experience Center is less about spectacle and more about intent. From the outset, the space signals purpose as a considered environment shaped for conversation, collaboration and connectivity, powered by IP KVM.

Located at the heart of Adder’s global headquarters, the Customer Experience Center (CXC) has been purpose-built as a space to test, explore and engage with technology in conditions that reflect the environments it is designed for.

An intentional threshold

As the latest physical expression of the Adder brand, the CXC introduces its own distinctive visual identity. A bespoke gradient treatment defines the exterior, while tramlines underpin the brand application and sweep around the space through crafted window decals.

The CXC is designed to adapt. When required, surrounding doors retract, allowing the CXC to expand into the wider headquarters, accommodating larger gatherings, industry events and community networks.

Designed to guide, not distract

The CXC intuitively guides visitors through texture and materials. The exposed ceiling, sprayed in an obsidian tone, acts as a reminder of the technology that is powering the experience in the background.

Subtle changes in carpet tones anchor the control room area, while overhead baffles signal the informal huddle space. Oak framing around the product display area allows the technology to stand confidently against a dynamic backdrop.

Seating and table heights vary to support different modes of interaction. Relaxed conversations unfold at the huddle table and more structured and solution-focused sessions take place at the control room consoles.

Making the infrastructure visible

Behind all the visuals lies the infrastructure that powers the experience. A full height server rack showcases Adder’s technology alongside a curated selection of trusted Technology Partners and their solutions. These are the systems that quietly enable the CXC.

Instead of concealing this technical backbone, the rack forms a pillar to the spatial story. It reinforces the purpose of the CXC as a working environment and not a staged display. Cables are managed and installed with precision, hardware is positioned with clarity and guests can see the systems that create the experience.

Positioning the rack so centrally to the showcase acknowledges the reality of modern control environments. Technology is foundational and not decorative in these specific applications. Performance relies on interoperability, reliability and partnership. The CXC reflects an ecosystem powered by real systems.

Lighting plays a dual role: direct spotlights bring clarity to key zones and technology whilst atmospheric pendant lighting introduces warmth and softens the technical backdrop.

Collectively, these elements ensure the technology embedded and purposeful, whilst supporting the experience and not creating distraction.

Designed by people, for people

At every level, the CXC reflects a people-led approach.

User comfort has been carefully considered with adaptable air conditioning and a natural fresh-air system to support the comfort and wellbeing of users without disrupting the aesthetic language.

As an employee-owned business, Adder’s focus on long-term relationships and meaningful engagement has shaped the design of the CXC from the outset.

By designing a platform that recreates adaptable environments and prioritizes the users holistically, the CXC is a platform that amplifies the priority Adder places on its people, partners and customers to collaborate in a shared environment.
