Is there a guaranteed time to fix? | How do I pay? | |
No. We do not guarantee a specific time to fix as each warranty repair is unique. Adder endeavour to repair products returned under warranty as quickly as possible, to minimise customer impact. |
Full payment will be required at the start of your enhanced warranty period. |

Is a warranty limited to five years? | Can I upgrade or extend an existing warranty? | |
Not always. Renewal after your initial 5-year agreement may well be possible. Your account manager will be able to advise. |
Yes. If you have purchased a 3 or 4-year warranty from date of purchase, it is possible to purchase further warranty continuation agreements. Full payment will be required at the start of the additional warranty period. |

Who pays for shipping? | How long will enhanced warranties be available for from date of purchase? | |
The cost of shipping is shared. The customer will pay to ship items to us, and we will pay to ship items back. |
Our enhanced warranties will be made available to purchase at any time within the first 4 years of a products ownership. This means you can decide after your initial purchase whether you want to add an enhanced warranty at any point within the first 4 years. |
