Celebrating Excellence: Adder's Dynamic Duo Shine in 2024's The Manufacturer Top 100!

Adder Technology is delighted to announce that two of our very own, Oscar Pritchard and Tom Pritchard, have been named in the prestigious The Manufacturer Top 100 2024 list! This annual award celebrates the heroes of UK manufacturing, and we're proud to see Oscar and Tom recognized among the nation’s most dynamic leaders and innovators.

Oscar Pritchard: The Young Pioneer

Oscar, apprentice production engineer at Adder, was named in the Young Pioneer category. He played a pivotal role in creating semi-automated test processes that standardize and record test results across a large offering of our current flowline products. Oscar’s contributions to standardization and preventative maintenance within the flowline area have reduced jig failure and downtime by a remarkable 90%.

Stuart Mitchell, head of production at Adder, shared, “Oscar joined us as a temporary production operative. We quickly recognized his potential to offer more to Adder. Since moving across to production engineering, Oscar has shown enthusiasm and desire to achieve in everything he does. It’s great to see young talent shining through and he more than deserves this award.”

Tom Pritchard: The Digital Transformation Hero

Tom, our production planner, has been recognized in not one, but two categories: Digital Transformation and Unsung Hero. Tom’s exceptional work ensures we meet customer demands while continually improving our planning and peripheral processes. His contributions extend beyond his role, proving instrumental in delivering several enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects that have significantly enhanced our efficiency and accuracy.

Their hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence have brought them public recognition and significantly contributed to improvements within our operational teams.
