On Friday 6thDecember, 2024, Adder Technology hosted its Christmas celebrations, and this year there were extra special ingredients to make it one to truly remember.
Not only were the global team gathered together for this auspicious occasion, but it also coincided with a major milestone in Adder’s history – 40 years of pioneering technical excellence. The event marked a journey that began in 1984 as part of the famous 'Cambridge Cluster' of startups, when Adrian Dickens founded a company that has evolved in to the global leader in high performance KVM and connectivity solutions it is today.
With over 100 colleagues from across the globe brought together, and in many cases meeting for the first time face-to-face, the celebrations took on a special meaning for everyone involved. Representatives from Japan, Singapore, and China, across Europe and the United States, spent valuable time together reinforcing existing relationships and forging new connections.
Earlier that week, Adder’s global sales and marketing conference took place, where teams discussed and compared regional strategies for growth. The event comprised team challenges, competitions, insightful brainstorming sessions and industry analysis, as Adder continues to bring to market new and disruptive technologies in the IP KVM and connectivity space. Particular focus was given to customer success updates, exploring how and why so many KVM users continue to choose Adder’s KVM technology across such diverse industries. The session proved a valuable learning experience with new ideas and opportunities shared under the common theme that Adder’s products continue to be the most reliable solutions for mission critical environments.
As we look ahead to 2025, Adder remains committed to delivering unrivaled connectivity experiences, driven by a mission to innovate and a belief in limitless possibilities. Adder continues to expand globally, and its dedication to flexibility, performance, quality, and expertise, ensures that it will remain at the forefront of technological engineering, making millions, possibly billions, of KVM connections around the world every single day.
