If you're looking for the convenience of a desktop KVM switch but have no requirement for some of the features found on our higher specification SmartView range, then the ADDERView KVM switch is the ideal choice.
Both 2 and 4 port models are available making the ADDERView the ideal choice for less demanding installations.
ADDERView has the same level of reliability and compatibility as our SmartView KVM switch range. In fact, it shares some of the advanced features as its big brothers which includes SmartBoot (continuous keyboard and mouse emulation ensures reliable bootup of all machines), mixed mice support (mixed PS/2 and AT/RS232 keyboards and mice supported as standard) and flexible channel switching from front panel key, 3 button PS/2 mouse or user selectable Hot-key combinations.
AV2 Model: 1 Shared keyboard, monitor and mouse to 2 CPUs.
AV4 Model: 1 Shared keyboard, monitor and mouse port to 4 CPUs.

The unit conveniently draws its power from the connected CPUs along the keyboard cable. Power LED confirms sufficient power is available for reliable operation.

Front panel display LEDs
Individual channel status LEDs show the currently selected channel and flicker when there is keyboard or mouse activity.
Auto-scan
The ADDERView can be set to automatically scan all ports. Hot-key - Commands can be used to select channel.
Automatic mouse conversion
PS/2, IntelliMouse and RS232 type mice are all supported between switch and CPUs. Controlling mouse/trackball can have a wheel but must be PS/2 type (check with your supplier to confirm compatibility).
IBM ThinkPad compatible
Tested with ThinkPad (mouse and keyboard ) splitter cable and docking station.
Maintenance mode
Keyboard, mouse and ADDERView reset feature.
