Adder does not manufacture or distribute products containing Primary or Secondary, Domestic or Industrial batteries.

Adder complies fully with the EU Packaging Waste Directive including restrictions for heavy metals in packaging.

Conflict Minerals

‘Conflict Minerals’ refers to specific minerals originating from mines controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries such as Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Republic of Tanzania, Angola and the Central African Republic.

EU REACH (1907/2006/EC)

All Adder products comply with EU REACH regulations EC 1907/2006 and are considered as Articles within the definitions of Article 3.

Adder products do not contain any substances or mixtures intended for release and do not contain any SVHC’s in any concentration above the limits specified in Article 59 unless specifically stated in the product data sheet. Finally, Adder’s products do not contain any restricted substances according to Annex XVII nor any substances subject to Authorisation in Annex XIV.
